Comparison of tolterodine, trospium chloride, solifenacin treatments and its side effects on patients with pure urinary and mixed incontinence

Objective: Urinary incontinence is defined as urinary that a social or hygienic problem and can be objectively demonstrated. It aimed to compare tolterodine, trospium chloride solifenacin treatments, its side effects on patients who have complaints of pure mixed incontinence.
 Material Method: Totally 98 patients, applied Ankara Etlik Zubeyde Hanım Gynecology Training Research Hospital, Urogynecology Outpatient Clinic between November 2009 October 2010 with compliants met the criteria participate in research, been included this study.
 Results: A significant improvement each three drug group at third six months was determined. Solifenacin generally more effective than other two treatments. When total values UDI-6 (Urinary Distress Inventory) survey analysed, it seen antimuscarinic ensured symptoms end month not different from month. Each has therapeutic effect IIQ-7 (Incontinence Impact Questionnaire) which questions life quality. Whereas constipation use tolterodine chloride, there difference despite slight increase (p>0.05). determined caused desert mouth less groups 
 Conclusion: Tolterodine, anticholinergic drugs meaningfully reduced activity bladder increased quality life. Drug therapy provided an efficient incontinence.
